This session will run by Maggie Dickson from 1:45 - 2:45.
Maggie's talk will focus on the rights of people with dyslexia in the workplace with emphasis on the employer's duty to make 'reasonable adjustments' for such employees.
This area is currently a hot topic in employment law in light of the House of Lords decision on this in the recent case of Malcolm and the governments pledge to reverse the unfortunate effect of the decision for employees in the forthcoming Equalities Act.
